1 Introduction

1.1 The ReconnHealth website is owned by ReconnHealth Ltd. The content, data and services on ReconnHealth are delivered ReconnHealth Ltd. You may access and use this website if you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out here. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms please do not access and/or use www.reconnhealth.com.

2 Changes to Terms

3.2 The rights in images, trademarks, trade names, logos and so forth included in ReconnHealth are owned by ReconnHealth and/or third parties. You will need to obtain permission in writing from the owner before you may use these images, trademarks, trade names, logos in any way.

3.3 ReconnHealth videos and interactive tools are made available to embed in other websites by ReconnHealth. By using the embed codes for ReconnHealth videos and tools you accept and agree to the following terms: 
(a) You must not alter, adapt, edit, incorporate, modify or translate the video or tool in any way.
(b) You must not alter, adapt, edit, modify or remove the ReconnHealth branding.
(c) You must not use the video or tool for purposes that are illegal, derogatory or otherwise objectionable or that bring ReconnHealth or any third party into disrepute.
(d) You may not indirectly or directly charge users specifically for accessing the video or tool, or otherwise commercialise such content, nor attempt to re-sell ReconnHealth content in any way.
(e) You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by ReconnHealth of your site or any non-ReconnHealth entity, product or content or any views expressed within your site or service.
(f) ReconnHealth has absolute editorial control over all ReconnHealth videos and tools.
(g) You should refresh cached content every 24 hours to ensure you have the most up-to-date version.
(h) ReconnHealth reserves the right to alter, adapt, edit, modify or restrict the availability of videos or interactive tools for use on third-party sites.

3.4The terms specific to video and interactive tools may be updated from time to time. Please review them each time you get new ReconnHealth embed code.

3.5All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to ReconnHealth videos and tools shall ultimately remain the property of the ReconnHealth.

4 Third Party Websites

4.1 We do not monitor the content of third-party websites. Any link provided on ReconnHealth is solely for your convenience. We do not accept any responsibility for any third-party website. Where we provide links to third-party websites, that does not imply any association with or recommendation for those websites, products or services. 5 Liability

5.1 We accept no liability to you should ReconnHealth not be available at any particular time.

5.2 We do not accept any liability to you for any of the following types of loss or damage (which you may suffer as a result of your use of ReconnHealth) whether the losses were foreseen, foreseeable, unforeseen, unforeseeable, known, unknown or otherwise:

(b) any other event not reasonably within our control.

5.5 We do not give any commitments or accept any liability to you in respect of ReconnHealth content provided by other users of the website or third parties.

We don’t publish advice on ReconnHealth about what products and services to use. You should get professional or specialist advice before doing anything on the basis of the content.

8 General

8.1 If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

8.2 These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
